BOARD MEETINGS
All MDWID Board meetings are subject to the Public Open Meeting Laws of Arizona. The Board encourages public attendance and input at all of its meetings. Official postings of the meeting location, dates, times and Agendas may be viewed at the District Office (16560 W. El Tiro Rd. northeast corner Anway and El Tiro), Giant Store, and Rusty Nail Hardware a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meetings. Posted outside the board room. Meetings are every 2nd Tuesday @ 6:00 PM.

Easements: Please clean your easements so that MDWID and your other utility companies have better access to the equipment that services your property. Under Arizona law it is the property owners responsibility to maintain the easements. Please remove trash and cut or trim the trees and brush
